• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name 
and contact details) for the purpose of registration and certification.
• Email address and phone number to contact customers directly in 
relation to doing business together.
• Names of delegates for the purpose of generating training records.
• Payment card information strictly for the purpose of payment of 
invoices for training and compliance services.
All personal data and information are stored and destroyed in accordance 
with UK GDPR regulations.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
We receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in 
the following scenarios:
• Other training providers.
• Other businesses.
• Other customers e.g. word of mouth.

We use the information that you have given us to provide our training and 
compliance services.
We will only share this information with another training provider or 
business with your permission.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful 
bases we rely on for processing this information are:

to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you 
make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
